What We’re Looking For: Legal Qualification: 1st and 2nd German State Exam; licensed to practice law in Germany.Experience: Minimum 8 years in employment law, including 3+ years in-house.Expertise: Strong knowledge of German law; experience with Swiss, UK, or French employment law is a plus.Skills: Excellent negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.Industry Background: Pharma, biotech, or medical device experience preferred.
